Returns Policy

We understand that you may sometimes need to return an item. In such case you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please fill out the returns form located in your cart, or contact our Client Relations department and let them know you would like to return your item. You will be given an RMA number. Please include this number in your return. Return shipping is not covered by Amazing Discoveries. 

Once your item arrives, we will inspect for damage. If the item is not damaged, you will receive your refund. If the item is damaged, we will not be able to refund your item. If the item is damaged but still sellable, we may be able to refund a portion of the full amount. We recommend shipping the item with a tracking number and will packaged so as to not rattle while being shipped.  

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to show up on your credit card statement. 


 Amazing Discoveries Canada primarily ships with Canada Post. Please note that "Small Packet Air" shipping does not include tracking. We provide this option as it is significantly cheaper than tracked options, however if you select Small Packet Air we will not be able to provide a tracking number for your order and cannot guarantee replacement if the package is lost.

We have two warehouses, one located in the United States and the other in Canada for your shipping convenience. International orders are often cheaper to ship from the United States, however exchange rates may not be as good in the US currency. We recommend making donations in the Canadian webstore as exchange rates will be better. 

 Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or does not work, please contact our Client Relations department immediately after receiving your package. We will replace any damaged items if they are claimed 10 days after receiving your package. If a DVD produced by us stops working and is not scratched, let us know and we will send you a replacement!
