Shipping & Returns


Refunds will gladly be honored on qualifying unused/unopened items* when accompanied with an authorization (RA) # within 14 days after the date received for money back on your original payment method. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns processed. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Items returned without the RA# will not be accepted. To receive a RA# you can submit a return request in your cart on our webstore or contact our Client Relations department via phone (1-866-572-9457) or email ( 

*Please note that Bibles, health products and food items are final sale. 

Once a return is received in our warehouse with an RA# included, the items will be inspected for damage. If items are damaged but still sellable we may take a larger restocking fee. If items are not sellable, we will be unable to issue a refund of any kind. 

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to show up on your statements. 


Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you have received an incorrect or a defective product,  we may require you to send us the incorrect/ damaged product in order to issue you a replacement. If this is the case we will send you a return shipping label. 


Damaged or Lost/ Stolen Package

If your package arrives damaged please contact us within 10 days after your parcel arrival date. If your package does not arrive please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. 


Unclaimed/ Refused Packages - Return to Sender 

If your package is returned back to us due to being refused or unclaimed, we will contact you. If we are unable to get ahold of you, after 10 business days, we will issue you a refund for the items less the shipping cost and our 10% restocking fee, considering the items are in good condition. If you would like the package sent again, we will require you to pay the additional shipping costs.



Amazing Discoveries Canada primarily ships with Canada Post. Please note that "Small Packet Air" shipping does not include tracking. We provide this option as it is significantly cheaper than tracked options, however if you select Small Packet Air we will not be able to provide a tracking number for your order and cannot guarantee replacement if the package is lost.

We have two warehouses, one located in the United States and the other in Canada for your shipping convenience. International orders are often cheaper to ship from the United States, however exchange rates may not be as good in the US currency. We recommend making donations in the Canadian webstore as exchange rates will be better.
